- Add a photo when you finish an order. It shows on your Our work tab with an Ordered on Hoodzy badge, so neighbours know it is real work, not a stock picture.
- Your society sees it for a day. For 24 hours your newest photo sits in the row of photos at the top of your society's feed — it never pushes out anyone's posts. Your followers see it too.
- It stays on your page for good. Your photos, ratings and followers build up in one place, where the next neighbour looks before ordering.

Every seller starts as "New"
Your shop opens to the whole society the same day a Hoodzy Champ scans your QR code in person — a Champ is a volunteer neighbour in your society. A neighbour who has been Verified a week or more can scan it too. Whoever scans must live in another flat. You don't need to be Verified first. "New seller" means you have recently started. It isn't a warning.
Verified is earned, never sold
A Champ checks you, or two neighbours from different flats confirm you live here (one of them a Champ, or Verified for a month or more) — from their phone, or by scanning your QR code when you meet. Usually about three days after you joined. That's Verified. No documents, and no way to buy it.
Established comes with time
Five orders neighbours received — they said Got it, or didn't say Not received within a day of delivery — from three Verified neighbours in three different flats, over at least two weeks. That's Established seller. Happy neighbours follow you along the way, so each post reaches more people.
Why you can believe the zero.
Plenty of apps start free and get expensive once you depend on them. Ours can't: your buyers pay you directly, by UPI or in cash, and the money never passes through Hoodzy at all. We couldn't take a cut later even if we wanted to — there is nothing for us to take it from. That's the whole idea, at length →

How much does Hoodzy cost me?
Nothing. No subscription, no listing fee, zero commission.
How do I get paid?
Buyers pay you directly — UPI to your ID, or cash at the door. You mark each order paid in the app so you always know what's collected and what's pending.
What do I need to start?
A phone, your UPI ID, and photos of what you make. Setup takes minutes — list a few items and share your first post the same day.
Can I sell made-to-order or custom work?
Yes. Give a "from" price, or no set price at all — neighbours send an order, you talk it over and set the price when you accept. Built for tailoring, custom cakes and bespoke work.
What if I can't take an order?
Decline it. Nothing lands without your say, unless you switch on automatic accept for fixed-price food and product pre-orders. If plans change after you accept, cancel from the order screen and leave a note — neighbours see honesty, not silence.
What if my society isn't on Hoodzy yet?
Get the app and request your society from inside it. 10+ interested neighbours puts it at the front of the launch queue — sellers like you are exactly who we launch for.
